Cinnamon Sticks
Ceylon cinnamon comes from the bark of cinnamon trees which are also known as cinnamon quills. The bark is dried and can be powered or used in stick form to add aroma, sweetness and warmth to a wide variety of food.
Ceylon cinnamon (True Cinnamon) has a tan color with thinner quills. Cinnamon is a favorite and an important spice for food preparation as well as offering impressive health benefits.
LCS produces cinnamon from their own farm and collects from other local farmers too. LCS specializes in supplying C5 grade premium quality cinnamon in quill form or other forms on request.
Black Pepper Seeds
Black Pepper Berries are dried from black pepper plant (Piper nigrum) and is known as “king of spices” and is the most widely used spice in the world. The Srilankan pepper naturally contains 3-6 times higher percentage of piperine than pepper which comes from other countries and is famous for its superior inherent properties.
Among other health benefits pepper helps to improve metabolism and its thermo genesis effect increases the body temperature and aids in reduction of weight.

Cloves are a popular spice around the world and are used in a wide range of international cuisines. Cloves are identified as dried flower buds having spicy pungent taste and are known for their medicinal properties. Cloves help to reduce cancer risk, protect your liner, act as antibacterial agent for oral health, regulate blood sugar, improve immune system, aids digestion, relieve stress, prevent mutation, relieve toothaches and headaches and anti-inflammatory respiratory infections.

Cardamom
Cardamom comes from the seed pods of several different plants that belong to the same family as ginger. Cardamom pods are spindle-shaped and have a triangular cross-section. The pods contain a number of seeds, but the entire cardamom pod can be used whole or ground. The seeds are small and black, while the pods differ in color and size by species.
Green Cardamom is used to spice both sweet and savory dishes. It is widely included in Asian, Middle Eastern, Arabic, and Swedish cuisine. It is used as whole pods, seeds, or ground. Cardamom is found in the garam masala spice mixture that seasons meat and vegetable dishes, and in hot beverages such as masala chai and Turkish coffee.

Red Chilli Powder
Red chilli powder made up by grinding dried chillies. LCS sources them from local farmers in SriLanka and is washed, cleaned and dried before grinding at their factory, to produce a premium product. LCS assures that their products are free from added ingredients and furthermore, no spice concentrates have been added. To preserve their freshness, and enhance the shelf life, LCS packs the finished products in specially designed pouches.
Roasted Curry Powder
LCS Roasted Curry Powder is mainly used for meat and poultry dishes and it should not stop you adding it to your favorite vegetarian dishes. The ingredients used are Coriander, Cumin seed, Turmeric, Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Cinnamon, Rampe Leaves, Curry Leaves, Garlic, Cardamom, Cloves and Black Pepper. These are washed and dried before grinding at their factory to ensure that the products are in the premium range. Moreover, products are free from added ingredients and spice concentrates. Vanilla is the second most expensive spice in the world next to saffron that we use in various food preparations.
Sri Lanka produces 15 CM above premium quality vanilla beans from Planifolia vanilla vines that grow high into the trees that are properly maintained and constantly cared for, pollinated manually, handpicked at just the right time of maturity and takes approximately 5 months for the vanilla pod preparation.
The pods hosting vanilla caviar, produces a rich familiar vanilla flavor and aroma. It is the stronger vanilla variety and easily infuses a deep, earthy, vanillin flavor into any dish. Vanillin content of 1%-2% is the source of the sweet aroma of Vanilla.
